Composite Laminator/trimmer

This is a full-time on-site for a Composite Laminator/Trimmer. The Composite Laminator/Trimmer is responsible for cutting, positioning, and laminating composite fabric and materials onto moulds to produce components. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records of raw materials and components, keeping the work area clean and organised, and following quality control standards and procedures at all times.

**Role requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience as a Composite Laminator or similar role
- Experience working with different types of composite materials and fabrics
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of hand and power tools and their safe usage
- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- A desire to learn and grow within the field of composite fabrication
- A team player with excellent communication skill
- Must be eligible to work in the UK

They are specialist manufacturers of patterns, composite and carbon fibre moulds, components and tooling for prototype, pre-production and production in a number of industries including motorsport/automotive, defence, aerospace and luxury and bespoke artwork and design. They provide a variety of services including CAD, CAM, 5 axis CNC machining, composite components/tooling, 3D inspection/scanning, resin casting, reverse engineering, and traditional hand and bench skills.

Pay: £14.50-£16.62 per hour
