As a **Consultant** in **Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology (ADS&T)** you'll be working alongside senior Atkins personnel who work with clients on a wide variety of digital transformation programmes. This could involve working in private and public sectors and could provide opportunities for overseas working if that’s what interests you. Atkins provides significant investment in training and support: we want to help you be successful.

**The role in Digital Advantage will involve**:

- Working alongside Atkins Technical Directors and with teams across Atkins to shape and deliver digital transformation for our customers.
- Working in cross-functional teams to develop deep insight in specific market areas and the key drivers for change.
- Helping to develop the transformation roadmaps that are at the heart of digital change for our customers.
- Ensuring that the advice we give our customers reflects our principles for inclusion, diversity, equality and sustainability and delivers social value as well as specific programme outcomes.
- Helping to research the key disruptive technologies of the future and how these will impact our customers, society and the world we live in.
- Helping Atkins to continuously develop its services and value propositions for customers.
- On a day-to-day basis, working on specific programmes and projects to deliver high quality value driven outcomes for our clients.
- Championing our stakeholders' needs, ensuring development is aligned with their requirements and business goals.

**What you can bring?**
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders in technology-led transformation programmes, across strategy, business design and change management.
- Experience of guiding stakeholders through business transformations.
- Exemplary stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels in a business environment.
- Experience in facilitating workshops with wide range of stakeholders.
- Analysing complex problems, designing innovative solutions, and communicating them effectively to a wide range of audiences.
- Experience of working in a project delivery environment with a good understanding of structured and agile methodologies (e.g., APMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, MSP, DSDM, Scrum).
- A hunger and passion to learn and develop yourself into becoming a future digital leader within Atkins.
- Taking a proactive role in our communities and the growth of our team to shape the Atkins of the future.
- Ideally you have experience of contributing to the sale of management consulting work - including bid development and presentations.
- Ideally, you will have experience in one or more of our key markets (Defence, Aerospace, Security, Energy, Utilities, Highways, Rail and the Public Sector).
