Brook Street are delighted to be working with a Global Leader in the manufacturing arena to secure them a Receptionist for their prestigious site in Cumbernauld. **The Job**
- Manage switchboard in an efficient and professional manner, including providing systems cover for all other Scottish Sites, ensuring no calls go unanswered.
- Be first point of contact for welcoming all visitors to site, ensuring that they are issued with the correct documentation.
- Provide travel support for visitors arriving at my clients site, ensuring transfers are booked with local providers, taking into account local budgets and individual preferences.
- Support and operate mailroom services including franking, weighing, packing and distributing Royal Mail and courier items.
- Undertake a range of general administrative duties including copying, printing and ordering stationery, or other ad-hoc duties as required.

**The Person**
- Previous reception and switchboard experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Good communications skills
