We are seeking passionate Retail Assistants to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect products and services to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. You will also support our wellness clinic by scheduling appointments, providing information about our services, and helping customers be aware of what products and services might meet their health needs and concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the appropriate products and services based on their needs
- Answer questions about our wellness clinic, diagnostic services, and therapeutic treatments
- Schedule appointments for our wellness clinic services
- Educate customers about the benefits of our nutritional supplements and skin-friendly clothing
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment
- Restock shelves and display areas as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals and objectives
- Be flexible in working hours, including evenings and weekends

**Requirements**:

- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
