**Role**:Technical Admin Support

**Rate of Pay**:£19.84 - £23.81 per hour (using an Umbrella Company)

**Location**:Filton - onsite full-time

**Length of Contract**:Until 31/12/2023

**Working Pattern**:Standard 35 hours across 4.5 days (working between 7-7 at business discretion)

**Role Overview**:
To manage the internal and external throughput of correspondence and technical data between Airbus, the Engineering offload suppliers and the RSPs. To ensure and perform the correct recording, storage and archiving of data including Engineering dossiers, reports, etc.

Reporting directly to the Head of Wide Body Serial (A330, A380 & A350). They will support the Wide Body serial (CPD) and incremental development (ID) teams to ensure the correct management of data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as focal for documented communications into and out from the Airbus team, such that the documentation is directed to the appropriate recipients, and correctly recorded, stored, and archived
- On behalf of Airbus engineers, appropriately store and archive technical documentation (this to include the reconciliation of legacy documentation)
- Interaction with management processes e.g. such as delivery trackers in order to confirm completed documentation storage and archiving
- Other admin tasks in support of Airbus engineers and engineering deliverables
- Develop an understanding of basic Export Control rules
