The Opportunity
We are looking for a pro-active, numerate individual who is motivated to join our Hammersmith based Finance Team as a Finance Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves travel and is motivated to develop or build upon their career within the world of finance.
**Responsibilities**:
**The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:
- Working with travel consultants to ensure all invoices are inputted correctly into the reservation system
- Assisting and preparing weekly multi-currency payment runs
- Completing supplier statement reconciliations
- Raising supplier commission and marketing invoices
- Checking daily bank transfers and logging on the reservation system
- Investigating unreconciled receipts
- Uploading bank statements into our Finance System (SUN)
- Processing of direct debit payments and invoices
- Month end Reconciliations
- Loading and transferring balances on prepaid cards
- Archiving and filing as required
About You
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and driven to learn and develop your career in finance
- Highly numerate, with good mathematical comprehension
- Competency with computer systems and Microsoft Suite with previous exposure to accounting systems advantageous
- Positive disposition, with the ability and confidence to be proactive and take initiative

Location
We aim to find someone who would be office based at our new premises in Hammersmith for at least 3 days a week (to include Tuesdays and Wednesdays). There will be an induction / training period initially, where you may be required to attend the office daily.
