The key purpose of the role is to provide a pivotal role in the operational day-to-day aspects of the Contracts Administration team. The Contracts Professional has responsibility for maintaining information relating to customer annuity contracts and assisting in the running of the Contracts Administration function.
- You’ll ensure that all duties are completed to the required standard and timescale and lead continual improvement in the way service contracts are managed and controlled within Service.

**What you’ll be doing**
1. Collaborating with cross functional teams to create and map existing or new PSB processes into the contracts team
2. Dealing with end customers, sales, finance for hardware break fix, contracts renewals, flex contracts ensuring service levels agreements are met
3. Processing new orders/contracts/renewals/cancellations and amendments to existing contracts on the relevant business tools and ensuring all information is accurate
4. Providing support and training to new or existing employees
5. BT UK eyes only entitlement checks SAMT and assets swaps - dealing with multiple systems, in house and third party

**What we would like to see on your CV**
1. Knowledge of hardware break fix, renewals, monitoring and management across CO-LO, manged computers, end user computing/services desk
2. Knowledge / experience in Managed Services processes
3. You're able to work independently and can work within Service-Level Agreements (SLAs)
4. Must demonstrate an overall knowledge of contracts and billing
