Front of House Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide front of house services
- Provide a telephony service to the Cambridge offices
- Ensure that the in-house services are always provided to a high standard, making sure any enquiries are dealt with promptly and effectively
- Servicing meeting rooms and providing AV support
- General service-related admin tasks
- Supporting Facilities colleagues, with ad-hoc duties e.g. room services for Cambridge site including opening, sorting and delivering post around the site
- Arranging courier and taxi bookings

**What we need from you**:

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a 'can do’ attitude
- You will enjoy working as part of a team and have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You will give first class customer service, with great attention to detail.
- You will have a creative approach to resolve problems, be proactive while having a flexible attitude and embrace covering other roles in the wider facilities team where applicable.

We are looking for individuals who have ideally been involved in the duties previously detailed or have a good understanding of what is required to be successful in this type of role.

**Your package**:
We will pay you competitively and provide you with an excellent benefits package: 25 days holiday (increasing with length of service), up to 8% contributory pension, health insurance, discretionary bonus, medicash scheme (money towards dental treatments, opticians and remedial therapies).
