Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Property Viewing Representative to join our team. As a Property Viewing Representative, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants in viewing properties and providing them with accurate information about the properties.

You must have your own car and able to use it to undertake the viewings.

**Duties**:

- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and buyers
- Provide detailed information about the property, including features, amenities, and rental terms
- Answer any questions or concerns that prospective tenants may have
- Maintain accurate records of property viewings and tenant feedback

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £8.29-£15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 26.5 per week
