Litigation Solicitor

**Role responsibilities**

The incoming Litigation Solicitor will be running their own caseload of general civil and ideally commercial litigation matters. This may include (although is not limited to) personal injury, clinical negligence, property disputes, contract and commercialdisputes including partnership and shareholder disputes, landlord and tenant and debt. You will have responsibility for your own caseload and efficiently managing your clients and their expectations.

**Person specification**

Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors ideally between NQ and 4 PQE, although applicants outside of this will be considered. Ideally you will have a broad background, experienced in both civil and commercial matters with a wish to keep your practicebroad. You will be a team player, with excellent organisation skills and able to ensure the highest standard of legal advice and care.

Applications from Solicitors with a broad background of personal injury will be considered, provided that this is wide ranging, and is not a niche area of fast-track work. You must be experienced in all elements, including both in and out of the portal.
