Delicatessen Assistant

**Delicatessen Assistants Required**:
There are two roles available with in the Bearsted Branch, one part time and one full time position.

The successful applicant needs to be flexible though as the hours can be variable according to business demand, holiday cover and seasonality. Please note that this role does include occasional Saturday hours.

Our current team provide exemplary customer service, fantastic homemade produce and a strong team ethos. Crouch Butchers are not only known for their quality meat, but also renowned for their handmade pies, quiches, cakes, locally sourced ranges and so much more

The role involves:

- Providing outstanding customer service
- Pro-actively sell products across the delicatessen to assist with achieving company sales targets
- A variety of ad hoc tasks throughout your shift around serving customer such as cleaning, prepping food items, refilling shelf displays, sweeping the front of the shop etc
- Prepare counter displays
- Cleaning counters and closing the shop down
- Preparation of delicatessen produce
- Working as part of a dedicated team

Crouch Butchers is ideally looking for highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude.

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given, along with the company uniform and a competitive hourly rate.
