Ironstone Recruitment are recruiting _**Senior Support Worker **_for an outstanding Nationwide recognised client which provides young people with therapeutic residential care. Our Client requires Support Workers to assist in the educational, social, emotional and behavioural development of children / young people
**Current requirement**:
2 FT Roles available - (Permanent)
- **Senior Residential Support Worker**_
**Salary**: £35,190 per annum
**Hours**: 160 hours a month plus sleeps. (This works out normally at 10 shifts a month each of 24 hours including sleeps)
**Additional hours**:Any additional hours/shifts worked are paid at £15.17 per hour
**Shift: Varied**

**Essential requirements**:
- Level 3 in Residential childcare or equivalent.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 1 years experience of working within Children’s homes and/or similar settings
