The purpose of the Leasing Consultant role is to work closely with the Client Managers and the team to ensure a co-ordinated, high quality customer experience and manage company car and salary exchange schemes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Client Managers / Directors with the development of vehicle replacement plans
- To book and conduct driver consultations
- To process vehicle orders through to new order to admin stage
- Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure that customers are kept informed
- Collecting and inputting of customer details
- Provide renewal support and quotes to customers
**Skills**:
- High level customer service and communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- An ability to analyse data
- Understanding of finance options and plans
**Experience**:
- Experience of working in the motor trade
- Experience of working in vehicle leasing
- Experience of working with a wide range of customers and partners
- Experience of using databases
