**PET-Xi Training has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Assessors to join our mission to empower our learners in Sheffield**

Some of the courses that we run include:

- Customer Service level 2+
- Business and Management level 3+
- IT level 3+
- Digital skills including social media and marketing level 3+
- Cyber Security level 3+
- Health and Social care level 3+

This position offers a flexible work arrangement, depending on caseload and associate availability.
- Assessor Award CAVA or TAQA Level 3, A1, D32/33 or equivalent
- Teaching Qualification, PTLLS or equivalent

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver the agreed programme in accordance with the lesson plan
- Primarily delivering vocational qualifications in the tutor role, but assessing where required
- Work with learners one-to-one as required via catch-up sessions where required
- Ensure that every completing learner has an evidential Folder of Evidence ready and marked for moderation where appropriate
- Provide supervision, guidance, and training to any other staff on the course
- Ensure good housekeeping at the programme venue/online and compliance with local health and safety requirements or PET-Xi remote delivery guidelines and rules
- Read and act on IQA reports
- Read and act accordingly to learner profiles as necessary
- Attend meetings as necessary in accordance with job requirements and company needs
- Participate in Training and Development as required
- To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of any children, young people and vulnerable adults the post holder may come into contact with during your employment at PET-Xi Training Limited.

- Knowledge of support services in and around the area
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation, written and verbal.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage own diary.
