**Responsibilities**

As Workflow Coordinator you’ll be working within the team, supporting them with effective end to end process control of the TFL tunnels and pump stations contract planned preventative, reactive maintenance, emergency call out and defect reporting workflows, ensuring compliance with client specifications and completion of work schedules in accordance with strict KPI’s.

**Your day to day will include**:

- Maintaining effective planned preventative maintenance programmes in accordance with the client specifications, good practice and regulatory compliance, for all tunnels and pump stations assets
- Producing yearly tunnels and pumping station closure programmes and road space permitting and end to end process coordination of workflows via the TFL Maximo asset management system, covering all planned preventative maintenance activities, emergency callouts, defect reporting and reactive maintenance repairs
- Working closely with the senior maintenance engineer for the development of weekly work schedules, covering all planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities for distribution to the supervisors
- Providing TFL frequent updates regarding the status of planned preventative maintenance activities, forecasting, recording of emergency call outs and management of defects in accordance with KPI’s
- Interfacing with supply chain partners as required to confirm that adequate resources are in place for the delivery of planned preventative maintenance requirements
