Las Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete laboratory tests to produce specific data to support numerous investigations
- Perform routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies
- Participate and assist with animal related procedures
- Create and maintain records and associated experimental results in electronic and physical databases
- Prepare specimens and samples
- Monitors and prepares orders to ensure efficient functioning of the laboratory
- Exercises knowledge of biosafety safety concerns when working with human samples
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Experience in supporting with the planning, problem analysis, handling and delivering wet lab experiments
- A background in biology or other life science area.
- Confidence in the use technical equipment
- Time management skills to work on numerous projects
