- **Crew Planning Manager**, the
- **Crew Planning Coordinator** is responsible for the production of safe, legal, fair and equal rosters for all**What will you do in the role?**

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all Flight Crew rosters adhere to
- **Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) **and
- You will plan and communicate all Flight Crew training requirements effectively and in a timely manner
- Will play a key role in our cost-conscious approach by minimising Flight Crew transport costs through efficient rostering

**What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?**
- **organised, meticulous**
**and have excellent attention to detail.**
With
- Will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a “can do” attitude
- Resource planning, Rostering or Crewing experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
