**Join Our Team as an Admissions Advisor**

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking multiple motivated and reliable individuals to join our dynamic Admissions team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimise student conversion rates from potential enquiries through good relationship management with key stakeholders - mainly educational counsellors;
- Ensure full compliance with relevant student migration legislation, with responsibility for ensuring the quality of information input on the system. Provide relevant pre-arrival and registration information to students and educational counsellors;
- Process confirmations and invoice accounts within the agreed timescale and admissions procedures;
- Issuing of various documents including Statement of Account, Insurance Policies, Group Invoices and Instalment Plans;
- Ensure students are appropriately insured and issue student insurance policies;
- Work with Centres and Payment Service providers (including raising queries through payment consoles) to receipt and allocate daily takings and process daily cash sheet and ensure all cash entries are posted correctly onto Finacial Force.
