We provide services to the entire industrial complex with high safety and quality standards.

We are looking for a **Wheelie Bin Operative** to join us on site in **Fawley, Southampton.**

**The role**:
**Main purpose of job**:
To be responsible for offloading, processing, marshalling and washing of wheelie bins as part of a 24/7 shift team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- To report all near misses/incidents and accidents without exception.
- To maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
- To perform all duties in accordance with documented work requirements/procedures, legislation and the company’s policies and objectives, maintaining and improving performance in the areas of Safety, Quality and Environment.
- Undertake daily checks on the system as specified on the daily jobs register.
- To be responsible for ensuring that appropriate repair and maintenance requirements are identified and reported.

**The person**:

- Happy to work outside in all weather conditions
- Flexible approach to work.
- Numerate and literate.
- Be adaptable and resourceful.
- Previous experience in heavy industry.
- FLT licence (training can be given).
