**Responsibilities for this Estate Agent role will include**:

- Manage and prioritise business opportunities
- Provide a positive, initial point of contact for sellers and buyers
- Carry out viewings and gather buyer feedback
- Stay aware of the market conditions and offer professional advice
- Refer customers for mortgage and conveyance advice

- £18,000 - £20,000 basic salary
