Ensure that the Trust operates a safe, consistent and cost effective eRostering service, with a focus on data quality and patient safety, working closely with the temporary staffing service to support safe workforce models through effective planning and deployment of resources and challenging instances of poor or inadequate planning through the use of evidence based data and reference to best practice. Provide support to the team in order to deliver an effective, efficient and customer focused service, which meets the changing needs of the NHS, the organisation, managers, employees, and members of the public.The post holder will support colleagues across MSE sites, interacting with clinical and corporate colleagues, supporting clinical requirements during surge/escalation activity, intake of newly qualified staff and planned service changes.
