**We are hiring a Workshop Controller at Halliday’s of Bushmills**

To us, the workshop controller role is one of the most important roles in the Aftercare department. By working with the Aftercare team effectively, the workshop controller manages the workshop flow to help to provide the best, and most efficient, customer service for our clients.

You will be working in a franchise motor trade environment with some of the best facilities and technicians in the country. We have a team of 6 great technicians, and they require an exceptionally conscientious individual with great timekeeping skills to help maintain the day-to-day smooth operation of the workshop. The job requires a Workshop Controller who can coordinate and use materials, equipment, and labour resources in the most effective way possible whilst also following correct procedures and instructions.

- Inspect and drive cars into the workshop.
- Monitor jobs and update service advisors.
- Test drive vehicles.
- Allocate work.
- Check job cards are written up correctly.
- Keep the workshop tidy and hazard free.
- Helping at the Aftercare front desk when required.

- Be an excellent communicator.
- Be computer literate.
- Be able to maintain compliance.
- Have a full, clean driving licence.
- Be a team player.
- Be able to answer the phone and speak to clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.50 per hour
