**THE BUSINESS**:
Westray Recruitment Group are seeking a Handyperson/Cleaner to join our client based in Gateshead. The company in question are a supplier of manufacturing solutions to a major distributor all over Europe. You will be joining a growing company who supply manufacturing solutions all over Europe. Now is a fantastic time to join a company who is receiving large scale investment.

**THE ROLE**:
The role will involve a combination of handyman and industrial cleaning experience. Some of your duties will include:

- Carrying out industrial cleaning in a manufacturing environment
- Performing duties including general labouring, gardening tidy, joinery, plastering, painting. Carrying out exterior work such as guttering or painting parking lines in the car park
- You will have to carry out some basic plumbing and electrical work
- You will also decorate interior walls, doors etc... using paints

**THE PERSON**:

- You must be able to organise and work unsupervised with a proactive approach
- You will have experience of industrial cleaning in a manufacturing environment
- You will be familiar with general labouring, gardening tidy, joinery, plastering, painting, exterior work such as guttering
- You will have handyman experience and familiar with basic plumbing and electrical work
- You will have experience decorating using paints

**THE PACKAGE**:

- £10.42 p/h
- Excellent overtime opportunities (time & half Saturdays / double time Sundays)
