The Belong at Home domiciliary service delivers bespoke packages of care and support, whether in a customer’s home within the community or within one of our village apartments.

As a **Team Leader** you will assist the Business Manager with the day to day running of the service. This will include;
- providing coaching, mentoring and line management support to the team through supervisions, appraisals and training.
- ensuring customer needs are identified, agreed, assessed and regularly reviewed through their life plans, involving team members and customers where appropriate, and ensuring customers have a companion and best interest advocate where required
- supporting and engaging with new staff via the robust recruitment, induction and training process..
- maintaining and promoting the highest values of care; ensuring safeguarding and legislative requirements are met in accordance with the Belong Standards

A diploma/NVQ 4 in Health and Social (or a willingness to work toward) is required for this role

Driving Licence and the flexibility to cover on the on-call rota is essential for this post.

This is a full time (39hpw) based at our Village on Palatine Road in Didsbury that will require some flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

The hourly rate for this role is £12.65 p/h
