**Job Title: Dispensing Assistant**
**Location: Abingdon**
**Salary: £11.50 - £14 per hour depending on experience**
**Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday only, 09:00 - 18:00**
**Items: 12,000 - 14,000 per month**
**Staffing level: Pharmacist, Non-Pharm Manager, 2 full time dispensers 2 part time dispensers/MCA

**Position Overview**:
As a Dispensing Assistant, you will play a vital role in their mission to provide top-quality healthcare services to their customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting pharmacists with medication dispensing.
- Managing prescriptions and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Assisting customers with medication inquiries and purchases.
- Maintaining a clean and organised dispensary area.
**Qualifications**:
- To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
- Ideally hold a relevant qualification as a Dispensing Assistant - NVQ L2
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
