**MAIN PURPOSE**

To carry out the general cleaning of office’s, toilets, canteens and all other areas in our new building at East Parade in the City Centre. You will have full responsibility for the day to day cleaning and deep cleaning when we move over to our new location.
- Ensure company values are embraced and present in all activities
- Working under instruction from the shift supervisor/facilities manager ensuring all work as instructed is carried out to the best of their ability.
- Report any safety concerns and defects using appropriate reporting channels in line with company standards.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ensure that your areas of responsibilities are cleaned to a high standard..
- Carry out all required cleaning tasks at Supertram’s facilities.
- Implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures

**NECESSARY EXPERIENCE**
- Cleaning experience is essential
- Must be proactive with a “can do attitude”
- Good time keeping.
- Work to time scale and deadlines.
- Lone working.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

This is a new position at SYFTL Supertram and new members will be working within the facilities and cleaning department. All required training is provided in-house.
