If you are, we have an OFSTED Rated Good School in the London Borough of **Newham** looking to speak with energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced **Behaviour Mentors** for opportunities working in mainstream and SEN schools. The school will be looking for highly charismatic and enthusiastic **Behaviour Mentors** with the willingness to work hard in their careers.

The school are particularly interested in Experienced **Behaviour Mentors**. However, anyone who has graduated in any degree relevant with Primary or Secondary education or any aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists or Teaching Assistants are encouraged to apply.

**Job Details - Behaviour Mentors - Newham**
- Guide and monitor pupil progress to identify areas that require improvement.
- Support the emotional, physical, and social development of pupils.
- Prepare classrooms prior to lessons; they also clean up afterwards.
- Help teachers in preparing materials that meet the development requirement of children.
- Organise and supervise pupils during project and sporting activities.

- Ability to communicate clearly with Teachers and younger individuals.
- Ability to create an encouraging learning environment for pupils.
- Active listening skills
- Understanding and sensitivity towards children
- Excellent knowledge of lessons that pupils are required to learn in class
