Estate Agent

We are a well respected and growing independent estate agent currently looking for a new full time estate agent/sales negotiator to join the team in our busy high street office.

The successful individual must:

- Have previous work experience within an estate agency.
- Be well presented and have excellent communication skills.
- Be computer literate.
- Have a full UK driving license and own personal car.
- Be highly motivated and well organised.

The role will include all aspects of estate agency, including valuations, viewings, negotiating and sales progressions.

A competitive salary will be offered dependent on experience.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Estate Agency: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (required)
