We have a good opportunity for an experienced **Vehicle Prepper, Polisher and Painter** from a body shop or accident repair background.

The company is well-established and specialises in insurance crash and damage repairs. You will have the opportunity to work for a manufacturer-approved site, dealing with a range of vehicles, including high-end and electric vehicle repairs.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepping vehicles before painting
- Sanding and masking
- Filler work and small repairs
- Spraypainting
- Machine Polishing
- Undertake rectification of scratches and scuffs
- Flattening, polishing, and touching up
- Inspect finished vehicles to ensure no defects

**Skills Requirements**
- Experience in a similar role is required
- Great eye for detail
- The ability to maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment
- Awareness of safety procedures.
- Full UK driving licence
- **You must live a commutable distance from Medway**
