**Graphic Design and Creative Assistant. ** (IN HOUSE AT BD23 3TS)

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE/HYBRID WORKING ROLE

Thornton Hall Country Park is looking for a unique and creative individual to join the team and have a great impact. Due to the continued growth of the business we require an individual who is highly motivated and willing to get stuck in.

There is a lot to get your teeth into with design and marketing for the children's farm park, glamping, music events, award winning seasonal events and more.

This role is varied and unique with a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

This role is based onsite at Thornton in Craven - near Skipton and has three main elements.

**Design | Content Creation | Marketing**

**Design and Creative**:

- You have a passion for design and all things creative.
- Develop and create visuals for events, web, signage, print and more - keeping to brand identity but having the ability to be creative.
- Be able to understand the requirements for large and small scale print techniques.
- Be able to liaise with suppliers and print manufactures.
- You have a portfolio (can be small) or previous work. Previous experience in design, either academically or in a professional setting, showcasing a strong foundation in design principles and techniques.
- Experience using a variety of design software, but willing and able to learn new software.
- Helping create photo and video shoots to create behind the scenes content.

**Content Creation/Socials**:

- Use initiative to create content relevant to business for social media posts, stories & reels.
- Plan our daily scheduling on all social media platforms.
- Put together the weekly, quarterly and yearly content plan.
- Constantly look for ways to improve our social media engagement and conversion
- Be able to take high quality images and videos for website and social media use
- Supporting social media campaigns and replying to comments and messages from customers.
- Creating content for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
- Uploading and creating posts across all social media platforms to push the company, brand and events forward.

**Marketing**:

- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input in product development meetings.
- Be able or willing to learn wordpress to be able to update websites and information. (training can be given)
- Monitor ticket sales, working alongside the team to boost
- sales organically and paid.
- Create and send survey monkeys for visitors in order to collate important information for the business.

**You must be.....**
- Ready to join a fast paced, fun environment dealing with multiple projects at one time.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage workflow efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Be able to get to the office 5 days a week including 1 weekend day.
- May involve some evening hours due to the nature of our events and social media aspects of the role.

This role demands a bright, ambitious and confident individual who is willing to learn and grow with the business. There is a massive potential to move forward, grow and learn a wide range of Marketing skills to compliment the creative element of the position.

9.00 - 5.00 (flexible hours)

4 days a week and one weekend day (37.5 hours)

**MUST WORK**

INHOUSE AT THCP - this is NOT a remote working role or hybrid working.

**ANNUAL LEAVE**

28 days per year*

Annual leave limited in November and December.

**SALARY**

£21,500 - £25,000

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
