Starting you as a Labourer/Driver you will be working with qualified CSCS PASMA ATS's (Access Tower Specialists's) and PASMA specialists.

We promote Continued Development Training (CPD) depending on the career course you choose within our organisation.

You will receive a combination of the following accredited training:

- PASMA Towers For Users
- PASMA Cantilever Towers
- PASMA Low Level
- PASMA Work At Height Awareness
- PASMA Towers on Stairs
- PASMA Large Deck Systems
- PASMA FACADE Towers
- PASMA - Accredited CSCS ATS
- CITB Site Super Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)
- CITB - Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- CITB - Health & Safety Awareness
- Ladder Association - Ladder & Stepladder User
- Ladder Association - Ladder & Stepladder Inspection
- Harness Users and Inspection
- First Aid at Work
- Manual Handling
- PAT Testing
- Fire Marshall

Once you achieve the required level of experience, we will then offer you the opportunity to become a fully qualified ATS, this is a Construction, Access Industries and CSCS recognised vocation.

All uniforms and PPE will be supplied to you free of charge, and additional training given where required.

Our offices are based in Romford, East London, with free parking and close to the Rail Station and Bus Stops.

No Previous qualifications are required, although you will need a good understanding of written and spoken English, a clean drivers licence and must be over 25.
