Due to continued expansion of our rounds we are now looking for care support workers to conduct day shifts only.

There are **varying shifts** available in between the hours of 7am to 3pm, **4 weekend days per month** is essential to be considered for this exciting new role.

**Areas we cover**: _**Clacton and surrounding areas, including Weeley, St Osyth, Holland on Sea, Frinton on Sea, Walton on Naze, Brightlingsea, Jaywick, Colchester and surrounding areas, including Tiptree, Chapel, Wivenhoe, Arlesford, Marks Tey, Stanway & Lexden, Earls Colne, Mersea, Peldon, Harwich.**_

**Daily Job Requirements**

Your role as a **Care Support Worker** will be a blend of compassion, empathy, and professionalism.

**Your daily tasks may include**:

- Providing **personal care**, such as assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Offering companionship, engaging in meaningful conversations, and actively listening.
- Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting individuals with mobility and daily living activities.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care.
- Promoting independence and enabling individuals to live their lives to the fullest.
