A fantastic opportunity just opened up for an **Administrator** to join our Aftercare & Compliance Department within a growing company in a thriving sector.

In this role you will handle information received from different teams within the department and ensuring accurate information is updated on different databases. Where necessary telephone conversations will need to be made to arrange any remedial works to customer’s homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day to day administration support.
- Maintaining company data bases, updating information received from internal & external inspections.
- Contacting customers via telephone to arrange appointments for return visits.
- Working alongside managers to help create performance presentations.

Skill Requirements:

- The ability to work within a fast-paced environment on your own or within the team.
- Consistent accuracy with a high volume of data processing.
- The ability to multi-task, organise, & prioritise workload.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google-Sheets.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Package:

- In return CES will pay a salary of £22,500.00 per year
- Hours of work are Monday-Tuesday 09:00-17:30; Wednesday 10:00-19:30; Thursday 10:30-19:00 and Friday 0900-1600.
