Car Rental Agent

**About the role**:
As a customer service representative, you will be assisting our customers with a wide-ranging level of support both on the telephone and face to face after their rental experience has begun with us. Our customers require varying levels of support to keep them on the road and maximising their opportunities which is our aim with our products. This role requires excellent communication skills and the following duties:
- Supporting customers who require assistance with complying with their document requirements from their ride hailing apps or employers
- Dealing with enquiries about their rental terms and conditions
- Assisting customers with enquiries about maintenance of the rental vehicle and assisting them with a suitable solution
- Dealing with enquiries relating to customer payment terms and invoicing queries
- Processing requests from customers to extend or terminate their rentals with us
- Meeting and greeting customers who arrive at the showroom and welcoming them to the customer waiting area
- General office administration such as processing incoming post, filing, scanning and outbound post

- Be a positive and effective communicator
- Be able to change priorities of work quickly
- Have excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Be able to prioritise and be self-motivated.
**Salary**: From £21,500.00 per year

- Gravesend: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
