Madisons are recruiting a Plant Nursery Worker to get started on a permanent basis for a client based in Waltham Abbey, Essex.

**Duties**:

- Responsibility of automated Watering System.
- Ensuring that all Plants are under irrigation and are being regularly maintained.
- Monitoring and adjusting of water to plants when necessary.
- Maintenance and operation of Pump house.
- Ensuring all trees and shrubs have the correct batch bed label.
- Maintain healthy plant stock: Identifying and overseeing Pest and Disease control.
- Pest and disease control across the nursery. Will include spraying using knapsack and pedestrian trolley sprayer
- Assist in task planning with the nursery manager

Details:

- £25,000 per annum - dependable on experience this is flexible
- 8am
- 4:30pm - Monday to Friday
- Immediate Start
- PPE will be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

- Horticulture: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- PA1 Pesticide Certificate (preferred)
