The Fleet Administrator (FA) provides excellent customer service, support and management of the company fleet of over 250 vehicles and their drivers. This is a key role for our business as the fleet team enable our Service, Install, Sales and Management Team to attend client sites in a safe and compliant manner to complete their role. All aspects of management and administration to support smooth fleet operations and all behaviours in support of our values must be evident throughout your employment.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in computerised systems and fleet software
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail

**Role Responsibilities**
- Booking engineers parking, tolls and congestion / CAZ charges.
- Paying vehicle fines and ensuring vehicle users are notified.
- Monitor vehicle users driving licenses for points arising from offences.
- Support new employee onboarding procedure.
- Monitoring fuel consumption and private mileage.
- Monitoring and arranging fleet servicing, MOT and monthly inspections via the vehicle check app + Action.
- Work with and support Company Vehicle Policy.
- Tracking the fleet using telematics including monitoring over time.
- Day to day tracker issues including installs and removal.
- Maintain the damage log to ensure it is accurate and monitor repairs, ensuring vehicle users are informed of any delays in repair and replacement of vehicles.
- Liaise with all fleet suppliers in relation to repairs.
- Notifying the insurance of vehicle changes to ensure all vehicles are insured.
- Maintain and order fleet supplies.
- Booking Hire Vans / Cars.
- Monitoring and distributing speeding reports.
- Assist with vehicle movements and cleaning.
