Interaction Hospitality is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join this fantastic venue in Warwickshire, to work alongside the Head Chef. This Sous Chef role requires previous experience in a similar role.

About You:

- You must be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
- Excellent record in kitchen and staff management
- You will be an excellent number two to the experienced head chef

The Role:

- Fill in for the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance to specification and served to the correct quality
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
- Manage and train kitchen staff
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and solve any problematic situations
- Comply and enforce health & safety practices
