Joiner

**Duties**:

- Measure, cut, and shape wood or other materials according to specifications
- Assemble and install joinery components such as doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture
- Install hardware and fittings
- Ensure accuracy and quality of workmanship
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a joiner or similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of different joinery techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills

**Skills**:

- Plumb (align structures vertically)
- Roof (install or repair roofs)
- Assemble (put together components or parts)
- Electrical (knowledge of electrical systems)
- Masonry (work with bricks, stones, or concrete blocks)
- Carpenter (skilled in woodworking)
- Heavy lifting (able to lift heavy objects safely)
- Fabricate (create or build something from raw materials)
- Hand tools (proficient in using various hand tools)

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

- Sign making: 1 year (preferred)
- using hand tools: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
