The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator for a growing company based in Leicestershire, LE4 area on a full time, permanent basis.

As an Administrator working in the procurement department, you will report directly into the Procurement and Sales Manager, ensuring that all tasks are completed within agreed company timeframes.

Your daily responsibilities as an Administrator in the procurement team will include:

- Raising and preparing purchase orders - sending order requests to suppliers, updating records and following up with vendors to check if orders are being processed.
- Liaising between internal UK sites, ensuring that they have the correct levels of materials, and each site accounts are maintained accurately updated.
- Maintaining accurate stock level reports.
- Liaising with department managers to determine requirements, sourcing suppliers of goods and services and inviting tenders.
- Tracking of low supplies and ensuring orders are being made in advance of stock running out.
- Working collaboratively with suppliers to resolve the issues that may arise with shipments or orders being incorrect or late.
- Providing general administration support as and when required to the procurement and inventory team.

There is limited progression opportunities within this role, so ideally we are looking for somebody who wants to be a valued member of a successful team and reputable business in the UK.
