**Vehicle Service Advisor required in the Cheltenham region.**:

- ** Starting salary between £28-35,000 per annum pending experience and current earnings.**:

- ** 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with no weekends or Bank Holidays required**:

- ** Chance to work with an award-winning Independent Vehicle Service Centre operating since 1999.**

Due to business expansion a not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Service Advisor to join our client's Independent Vehicle Service Centre situated in the Cheltenham region.

In this role you report to the Business Owner and work alongside two other Vehicle Service Advisors and a friendly workshop team. You shall be critical in providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for Service, Maintenance or Repair work. As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will greet customers into the Service Department and go through work to be carried out on their vehicle, extensively liaise with the workshop to monitor and chase work in progress, keep customers informed of their vehicle's progress, take payments for any work to be carried out, where possible up-sell on additional products/services and complete any other ad-hoc office tasks that arise.

What are is our client looking for? You will be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Being a team player, having strong organisational skills, the drive and desire to upsell where possible and IT literacy would also be of high priority. Recent or current experience working as a Vehicle Service Advisor would be highly advantageous however it is non-essential provided you come from a similar Customer Service orientated role in the Motor Trade. A UK driving license with mínimal points is however essential.
