**ROLE PURPOSE**

Our Team Members are the core part of every Brewpub. You are the friendly, smiling face that greet our guests. You are the masters in product knowledge, showcasing your passion for hospitality, beer and pretty much anything else you have an interest in

As a Team Member, you’ll be taking orders, serving food and drinks (including some wonderful in-house brewed beers), creating long-lasting memorable experiences and setting-up and closing-down the Brewpub.

**THE INDUCTION**

Your Day One will be with a member of the Brewpub management team, who will guide you through the first steps of becoming a part of B&K. You’ll talk through the first 4 weeks, including a specifically designed Workbook and Learning Path via the B&K Learning Hub for your role, culminating in booking onto a free Brewery Experience Day, where you’ll make one of our in-house brewed beers with your Brewer

We’ll check in with you on Week 4, 9 and 15 with a BrewChat, which is an opportunity to speak with your line manager about your progress - including the chance to sign up to one of our Specialist training courses, encompassing Beer, Gin or Whisky. Get all 3 under your belt, becoming a B&K Specialist in the process, we’ll then bump up your hourly rate too This is a superb opportunity to explore your passions, delivering our award-winning Masterclass’s for our guests. Or if an Apprenticeship is more your thing, our Apprenticeships Lead will be happy to discuss the possibilities with you too. We believe learning never stops.

Founded in 2013, by co-founders Kris & Simon, B&K is a blend of Great British Pubs with US-inspired hospitality and beer culture. We have open fires, cask ales and Sunday Roasts - but we also have quirky industrial décor, an eclectic range of guest beers and home-style BBQ dishes.

We are unique whereby we brew beer on-site, delivering an experience to the senses with the smells, sights and tastes. All happening whilst the Brewpubs are open for business, full of our team and guests. There’s not many places where you can drink a beer and watch it be created in front of your eyes too.
