Handyperson

**About The Role**: We have a vacancy for a Handyperson to join our team based in Burnley to carry out general maintenance and painting jobs across the site.
This is a busy role, in a demanding and often varied site. A high standard of physical work is required, and the aptitude to deal with a changing environment in a positive manner is key.

The successful applicant will have an ability to liaise with many different people across a vast area, with a desire to create improvements for the functionality and aesthetic of the site.

**You wi**ll also**:

- Assist the facilities team to complete general handyman duties both internal and external.
- Carry out refresh duties across site in various areas including painting, fixing door handles, mounting boards etc.
- Carry out portering duties when required - ie moving tables, room set ups
- Log and complete jobs on a tablet system.
- Assist the Site Manager in their daily duties
- Assist the OCS team to ensure the smooth running of all operations across site.
