THE COMPANY:

Working with this Martech company, you will be able to work on finding customers at the early stage of the cycle and turn them into leads.
THE ROLE:

As a CRO Specialist, you will bring consumers to the website by:

- Tracking customer behavior via conversion pages
- Conducting experimentation using AB/MVT testing
- Providing recommendations to implement change based on results
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful CRO Specialist will have the following skills and experience:

- Lead generation experience
- Prior CRO experience testing experience - tool agnostic
- Heatmapping experience
- Analytical mindset
THE BENEFITS:

You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £50,000. On top of the salary, there are some fantastic extra benefits.
