**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR **
As a Head Bartender you will assist in driving service and exceed our guests’ expectations along with creating, preparing and mixing drinks too. Having worked in a 4* or high class establishment you will have outstanding customer service skills along with a passion for the industry and what you do. Having attention to detail and enthusiasm is required to ensure the customer is delivered the ultimate service standards they expect and deserve.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO **
As Head Bartender, you will receive orders and serve guests requests completely and timely whist maintaining the highest level of service. You will create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks etc. Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all time and have a good understanding of wines and spirits.
