**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting property viewings and showcasing the unique features of available rental properties.
- Building and maintaining relationships with both landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth rental process.
- Negotiating and finalizing rental agreements to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Keeping up-to-date with the local property market trends and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator, with a strong track record of successful property rentals.
- A deep understanding of the London property market and its dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to facilitate successful agreements.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Must have a valid driver's license, access to their own car, and be eligible for a car allowance.

**Benefits**:

- A basic salary of £22,000 and competitive on-target earnings of £40,000 to £50,000, reflecting your skills and performance.
- Car allowance to support your mobility within the South West London area.

- Monday to Friday work schedule with occasional Saturdays, providing a balanced work-life arrangement.
