**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**
- Liaise with all relevant parties, including solicitors for the purchaser(s), the land registry and Homes England to ensure the transaction is managed in a compliant and legal manner.
- Implement and support the continuous improvement of effective procedures of the RTB and RTA process that maximise the functionality of QL and Documotive to record the current stage of all live cases and KPIs to demonstrate compliance with the legislative requirements.
- Following sale completion ensure all computer systems are updated to reflect the change in status of the property and Support the Finance team to account for all receipts, including as appropriate creation of leaseholder account on QL.
- Support the Finance team in accounting for and the reconciliation of property disposals and provide information required to reclaim RTA grants from Homes England.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of preserved Right to Buy and Right to Acquire legislation and practice.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with a strong level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess a high standard of data and information literacy with the ability to research, analyse and present complex information effectively to a range of audiences.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
- A competent user of IT who has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
