Purpose

**Responsibilities**:

- Working in various raw material batching areas to create compliant grouping of raw materials for production of finished products
- Competently and timely complete all necessary quality checks and documentations with supporting narrative of on-shift activities
- Remain compliant within company and industry frameworks and operative procedures
- Ensuring batching processes and activities are conducted so quality, efficiency and safety are maximised
- Support continuous improvement to quality and suggest methods of removing non-value-added activities
- Adopt a first-time quality approach to your work, striving for high quality
- Work dynamically as a team to ensure tasks and resources are distributed and completed in a timely manner with support from the internal systems
- Take a proactive approach to working with Shift Management to ensure changes in batching requirements are communicated effectively
- Take proactive approach to escalate to team leaders any issues on stock variances discovered during the batching of raw materials
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Skills and experience
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Good level of numerical ability
- Basic food hygiene
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of team
- Computer literacy
