**Hill View Primary Academy, Reach South Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional Administrator to join the School on 9th July 2024, or sooner if possible.**

**FTE Salary Range**: NJC Grade 4 Pt 6-9 £23,893 - £25,119 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

**Actual Salary**: £17,240 - £18,124 per annum

**Contract Type**:Permanent, part time, term time only (39 weeks per year)

**Contract Hours**:30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**About the role**:
We are seeking to appoint an excellent administrator to support the Office Manager in the management and delivery of all office and administrative services for Hill View Primary.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, self-sufficient, dynamic ability to work well in a team and to use their own initiative and well organised with a can do attitude to be part of a fast growing team. We are looking for people who have the following experience and qualities:

- GCSE Mathematics and English grade C and above, or equivalent
- NVQ level 3 in administration or equivalent
- Good knowledge of general computer packages, office equipment, Microsoft Office, photocopiers, telephone systems, etc
- Experience of working in a school environment
- Ability to remain calm, use judgement when interpreting and resolving problems
- Have good verbal and written communication skills to exchange information with a range of audiences (staff, pupils, parents, visitors, etc)
- Good Customer Service
