Our client is a world-leading manufacturer with a UK and Global presence. The SHEQ / HSEQ Advisor position will focus on their manufacturing facilities at their site close to the Cambridge area. The SHEQ Advisor position is responsible for ensuring that all company activities, product, and services are conducted in compliance with environmental, health and safety legislation.

**Key responsibilities of the SHEQ / HSEQ Advisor**:

- Ensure the company is adhering all relevant Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental legislation that support ISO14001, ISO145001, etc.
- Providing leadership to all levels of the organisation offering training and operational support.
- Provide support to the HSE Manager whilst promoting a positive Health & Safety culture and working towards continual SHEQ improvements.
- Conduct SHEQ Audits, Inspections, and reports to ensure legal compliance and identify potential Health Safety and Environmental Hazards and risks.
- Supporting the quality team with on system issues.
- Experience working as a SHEQ Advisor/ HSEQ Coordinator
- Well versed with the management and auditing of ISO14001 and ideally ISO45001
- Ability to identify hazards and carry out risk assessments.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
- Good communications and presentation skills with the ability to produce written reports.
