**Job Title: Marketing Manager**
**Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 - DOE**
**Location: Hertfordshire, Hybrid**
One of the best client's in the market right now is hiring for a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to revolutionise their digital strategy and pave the way for all digital communication in this period of brand growth. My client are an innovative and revolutionary organisation specialising in medical research, manufacturing and ecommerce. Their line of unique, patented products range from prescription to retail remedies with unique skin healing qualities

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Manage PPC campaigns to drive high-quality traffic to our website
- Optimize our website for search engines using SEO techniques
- Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with customers and build brand awareness
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using analytics tools
- Implement and manage ecommerce practises to increase online sales
- Improve the consumer experience to maintain retention of custom.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques
- Promote brand awareness and identify appropriate channels for PR and brand presence.
- Create and provide cross-departmental marketing assets
- Liaise and manage 3rd party agency relationships, ensuring creative briefs are communicated and reviewed.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in marketing, with a focus on PPC, SEO, social media, reporting and analytics, and ecommerce.
- Solid understanding of performance data reporting and analysis
- Experience with PPC management tools such as Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as WooCommerce or Shopify
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
